Faithheart continued to glare at Kestrel when she suddenly heard the doctors assistant talking to her. Your fucking kidding me! She screamed in her head. This doctor can't see this griffon? She must be fucking blind!!! She continued. This was however causing her to mumble and gurgle out nothingness.

Sky with her wings fixed decided to take a nap, waking up with a semi active hospital. Sky looked around to see many ponies in beds, most asleep. So Sky decided to take around the hospital, she noticed the two dragons eariler in here. She walked around to peered her head into different doors, as tried to find the dragons. I really owe faith a lot, best if i tell her that. Sky reasoned with herself, finally opened a door to a parge room. She saw spark asleep, faith getting purged, and kestrel is here, staring at faith and faith doing the same. this can't be good.

Heh, figures Kes thought seeing Sky walk into the room. Well that could be problematic, no doubt Sky would alert the other doctor and possibly even wake Spark up to defend the dragon she served with.

    Things always got complicated.

If he wanted to get anything done he would have to wait even longer now, he had just been waiting on the doctor to leave; now he had to wait for Sky to clear out too. No matter, Kestrel was a patient gryphon. Waiting would not bother him at all.

Lightning paced impatiently outside the room of Roid. He took a peak into it and saw that Roid, thankfully, was still out like a light. And it looked like they planned to keep it that way as there was a nurse administering more sedative. 'Well, they got this under control.'

The pegasus decided it was probably best to go check on the other "enemy" in the hospital. The dragon. He would walk over to the room and pause just outside the door. He knew that another dragon, one of their's, was very protective of her. He didn't want to give off the wrong idea by coming in to check. As Lightning looked into the room, the scene before him was very peculiar. The huge griffon was here. So was a pegasus and the doctor. And things looked tense... Lightning decided that it was better that he waited here and see what was going to happen...

Sparks kept hearing hoofbeats but this only caused him to stir and stretch. He was still asleep, dreaming of when he first met Starry Night, Happy Trails and Techno.

He saw evil shades of ponies stabbing him relentlessly as he cried out for them to stop. He tried his best to summons some dragons fire but they timed thier pokes to his throat to inturrpt him.

" go away, please I beg you, go away! " he screamed.

In the waking world he only tossed and turned and mumbled. Burning the ground next to him as he tried to fend off evil shades.

Kes flicked his gaze over to the still sleeping Spark, watching as he stirred. Another variable in this rapidly evolving equation. Kes remained silent as he continued to formulate what to do.

His gaze finally settled on the cabinets that surrounded the room. He had watched the mare from earlier and the other doctor grab supplies from them, sedatives, tubes, other things that Kes had no clue about.

Sky just decided to turn around, head out the doors she came in. This will be to awkward if Faith kept that stare at Kestrel, with kestrel doing the same. nothing bad will happen, if I left. Right? Sky told herself, She did owe Faith one though. "Wow any longer and those two will start fire with there eyes." Sky whispered to herself, with a chuckle.

Lightning would blink as he watched the stare-off continue for another minute or two. Then the light blue pegasus turned and walked away, passing him as she went through the door. If the griffon was going to do something, he was definitely not going to try and get involved. Besides, this was one of the enemy. He was not there to guard her but the ponies who were working in the hospital.

Quickly, Lightning turned a blind eye to the entire situation, walking away from the room and returning as quickly as he can to his post in front of Roid's room.

Kes caught Sky and Lightning's exit out of the corner of his peripheral vision. It was time to begin.

He would need to be stealthy for this, but that would not be very difficult at all. He moved as quietly as he could over to the cabinet, sliding the door open quickly so as to prevent and excess noise.

Inside, laying silently in a nice neat little pile were the treasures he was looking for. Tiny little beasts with nasty little bites. Their surgical steel fangs gleaming slightly in the low light of the room. Syringes, ready and waiting to be filled with some potent cocktail.

Kes took a few, careful not to prick himself. He then began looking over the rest of the contents of the cabinet, his gaze locked on the little bottles of...stuff that the blue doctor mare had used before. Kes had deduced that these were anesthetics of some kind. This is where he ran into his first issue.

Kestrel was no doctor, he had no clue how much sedative to give.

The gryphon began looking around again. He needed some kind of guide, a chart or something. He couldn't just walk out and ask how much sedatives to give a dragon. That would be stupid.

He began flicking his gaze around the room, looking for something like what he now needed.

He found it on the wall next to the cabinet; no doubt placed there for the volunteers to refer to when they were giving meds to patients. He began studying it intently, memorizing the details and numbers on it. He may not have been a doctor, but Kestrel was far from stupid; all he had to do was some quick math to figure out how much sedative he would need for something the size of his chosen target.

    "Damn"
was all Kestrel thought when he finally figured out the amount he would need.

Lightning perked his ears when he saw the pegasus again walk up to him, inquiring about what he was doing. What he didn't know was that Sky fought on the slaver's side so he calmly said, "I'm making sure the crazy earth pony here doesn't get out and go on a rampage again." He paused for a second before adding, "Do you need to see a doctor or something? I'm sure another nurse can help you if needed."

Faithheart watched Kestrel digging through the cabinets and heard him swearing. Watching him walk over to papers and stuff she managed a chuckle and forced herself to speak. Ca...n't figure... Out the... Right amount... of poison? She gasped quietly, giving off a rasping laugh I'll... Give you... A hint... It's a lot... She muttered moving her head to stare him in the eyes

After having a while to rest she had noticed allot of different ponies going in and out of the room which contained the dragons. She thought on that for a moment before wondering why there was so many ponies there. She furrowed her brow a little before getting up from the bench in the corridor. Surely it wouldn't hurt for her to at least check up to see how her patient was doing.

"Guess again rookie" Kes thought to himself, filling up the syringe with the required dosage. He filled another with a lesser dose, one just enough to sedate a pony should the need arise.

He wordlessly walked over to where he chosen target was laying, still dreaming it would seem. Perhaps his target would cause some confusion. You see, Kes walked over to not Faith, but the other dragon in the room. He flicked the needle a few times, wasting some of the just like he had seen the doctors do earlier.

Continuing his mimicry Kestrel stuck the needle into a the dragons neck, being sure to push it against the grain of the large dragons scales so as to get to the flesh underneath them without having to jam the needle in.

Dragon scale was an amazing substance, how funny that it had such a simple weakness.

He pushed the plunger on the syringe in his talons, quickly emptying it into Sparks blood stream, and then pulled it free; dropping the syringe into his saddle bag for safe keeping. He would dispose of it later after he was done with this little errand of his.

Winter walked down the hall, passing a few of the ponies she'd seen walking too and from the room. One of them she had treated earlier and she gave the Pegasus a kind smile as she passed, glad to see she was looking well. She trotted up to the door and carefully and quietly walked into the room, shutting the door behind her gently as to not cause a disturbance if the dragons were sleeping. She looked up as she turned to see the Griffin she'd treated earlier dropping a needle into his saddlebag. At first she didn't know what to make of the situation but that soon changed as her eyes flickered to the sleeping dragon he was standing next too. "What have you done !" she gasped as she cantered over the other dragon which she hadn't needed to treat. "What was in that needle ?" she demanded slightly panicked, worried that it was something negative to the dragons health. One dragon was hard enough on their resources... but two of them, that just wasn't fair.

Lightning chuckled slightly as he peaked through the door to see Roid still asleep, "Yes, crazy earth pony. Poor thing. He must be hyped up on chems still. Hopefully the doctors can flush his system and maybe turn him back to normal." But in the back of the pegasus' mind, he thought, 'Or maybe they might execute him...'

He would look back at Sky and say, "Oh? Well, that's good. I've never had my wings broken before but I can't imagine it's very pleasant. Did it happen during the battle?"

Lightning let out a small, "Hmm," as the female spoke. He chuckled a little at Sky's advice as he said, "Alright, I'll keep that in mind." Taking a second to look into the room before looking back at Sky, he would ask, "So, what did the doctor say about your wings? How long are you going to be grounded?"

Sparks quickly awoke to the sharp needle penatrating his flesh past his scales, only see the same griffon that he had encountered earlier in battle as a friendly. He tried his best to bat the griffon away but the best he could summon was an uncordinated flailing. He tied once more to stablize himself but it was to no avail, his limbs were not responding. All he could do was growl something incoherently and gutteral.

So he laid there near faith, watching the scene unfold, helpless once more.

It was a shame that Winter had to walk in at that very instant. Kes struck like lightning from where he had been standing. His powerful muscles propelling him across the floor with extreme precision.

He had to keep Winter quiet or this whole op was a bust. That was not acceptable.

When he got in range the gryphon would attempt to, at least by his standards, peacefully subdue the mare. The powerful predator reaching out and grabbing hold of Winters muzzle with one powerful hand, holding it shut to prevent her from speaking.

From this position it was just a simple matter of twisting his body the right way and wrapping his free arm around the mares throat. All he had to do next was flex his muscles and start applying pressure to her throat; which he did immediately.

A normal pony only lasted a few few seconds before they fell unconscious when locked into this position. The pressure around the neck pinched the arteries and veins that gave blood to the brain shut, effectively starving it of oxygen long enough to cause somepony to pass out.

That's why it was called a blood choke after all.

It was a far cry from what Kestrel would usually do to those that interfered with his plans. But Winter was by all means just a passerby, and Kes could not risk opening fire on her.

Besides he owed her for fixing his wings. Letting her live was his way of saying thank you.

Lightning gave a half smile and a half frown as he thought back on the events of the battle, "Me, I was with Starry's flanking team to start off. Until everything just went straight to hell. After that, me and the rest of the team regrouped with the remaining forces in the militia and we defeated the General together." The pegasus could see Sky was getting tired and he made himself a mental note to try and urge to female to go home and sleep. But before he did that, he had to ask one question. "But enough about what I did, where were you? I didn't see you on the frontlines."

It all happened so fast. When the Griffins hand wrapped around her muzzle, her eyes widened in terror. She tried to scream and her horn began to glow as she attempted to throw the griffin off her. But the Griffin seemed to disappear, throwing her concentration off before she felt a strong arm pull against her throat. Her heart rate was racing and her body jerked in his powerful grip as she made desperate attempts to get away. She felt the arm tighten and her vision began to blur. In her mind she knew she was dead, there was no way out of this and she could already feel herself loosing strength. The peripheries of her eyes faded to black as her vision became smaller and smaller. She made one last attempt to scream which came out muffled as her vision finally closed, her body falling limp as she fell into a sleep like state.
