Heya guys! FINALLY done with school, so now I'm back for a good long while now.

SO, I'm sure you're all wondering about that fic I promised a few weeks ago... Well, I have about a paragraph of the first chapter done.

Anyways, this thread is where I'm going to be posting updates, giving spoilers and asking opinions/questions to ensure I'm getting this all down correctly, and maybe some other neat stuff.

Woo, I have a lot of catching up to do... ... But I'm ready.

So first up, opinions about how cheesy the opening is. This is the opening paragraph of the prelude, and I want to make it REALLY GOOD. It's supposed to be told in the tone of maybe a grandfather telling his grandson a story after Littlepip saves the wasteland.

Now, I know you know the story of Littlepip and how she saved the wasteland with her band of friends, fighting those who would seek to destroy it once and for all or place everypony into a position of slavery, but I doubt you know much of the wasteland from before her story began. Do you know the story of stable 113, where so many of the wasteland’s greatest came from? Do you know how the town of Stableton came into being? No? Well, then, let me start bring you up to speed on the real past of the Equestrian Wasteland.
