    ==Personality==

    On a good day she can be found to be quite pleasant to talk to and is generally a happy pony. But on occasion the Equestrian wasteland does tend to bring her mood down, often making her quiet and somewhat distant minded. She enjoys a good conversation and will be fairly kind to those who are kind to her. She wont take bad manners or rude behavior very well and she can be snappy when she's in a bad mood. She adores good music and the finer things such as dresses and decent beds, but she tends not to reveal this part of her for fear that some might judge her to be snooty or stuck up.

    She is also very curious and more often then not it gets her into trouble when she accidentally stumbles across information or things that isn't meant for her ears. Winter Bell is also the kind of pony who likes to try to keep everypony happy, often making herself unhappy through the lengths she goes to make it happen. Her biggest issue in her personality is that she simply cares to much. The last thing one should note is her temper, although it's hard to provoke its a hellish thing to unleash and she will often trot away to calm down before speaking to the pony whose angered her, again.

    ==History==

    Winter Bell grew up in Friendship City and had a pretty standard upbringing for a filly in the Equestrian Wasteland. Although many travelers and different kinds of ponies came and went, she was always regarded with smiles whenever she trotted about the town. Ponies would say it was simply because of her looks and how her innocence reminded them that there was still a source of innocence out there amongst the evil and bad of the wasteland. Until she was older she never fully understood what this meant and by the time she was old enough to understand, most ponies began to regard her as just another mare. Unlike most mares you can find in the wasteland, Winter Bell tends to be quite charismatic and when she was younger she would often use this as a way to barter for cheaper food or freebies, using her age as an advantage.

    As she grew up however this trait dipped as she matured out of talking her way into getting things she wanted. She did however, take an early interest in medicine and began helping out at the local clinic doing small jobs here and there that the doctors required but didn't necessarily have time to do themselves. After a little while they eventually decided to have her trained and provided her with all the skills and support necessary to make her a qualified doctor. Well.. as much as qualified can be in the wasteland anyway. She was grateful for the opportunity and took pride in her new found ability to help other ponies who needed it. Eventually, after a while of looking after ponies and the sick she decided it might be time to look elsewhere and make her own future somewhere else. Wherever that may be, and although the wasteland is dangerous, she feels it's time to find her own way in this dark heart crushing world.

    Your experience in the fields of both Combat and Medicine has prepared you for the worst. Now not only can you heal ponies felled in battle, but you can do it in a much safer environment. You now get a temporary +5 to your Defense when healing a fallen comrade during combat.

    Like a Bullet
    +3 to Readiness rolls.

    Glowing stuff. No roll required.
    Prerequisite: Unicorn

    Effect: Your horn glows with the brightness of an ordinary flashlight. You automatically fail Sneak attempts against anyone you’re in line of sight of. You can sustain this spell for no AP cost as long as you’re conscious.

    Anesthesia
    A spell that a doctor may use to relax a patient and ease their pain, its purpose is more for healing but has some capacity within combat. Requires the caster to be very close. Out of Combat you can relax your patients and lower their

    Effect: Target loses 10 AP for 3 posts, May Stack. Any subject that falls to 0 AP this way falls unconscious
