A Shadey Nightmare Night(Social celebration)

Kestrel nodded a silent agreement to the griffon as he walked away. Kestrel had his ways of finding those he sought when the time was necessary, should the trip to the North ever happen, and Kes ever were to return to the land of his ancestors, he'd find Crackle before hand.

With the exit of the red griff, Kestrel was now left in the company of Whitefeather and the pegasus. Kestrel hazarded a glance in both their directions. Whitefeather he seemed to know a bit more, so his gaze didn't linger. Doc though...he was a new one, and thus Kestrel took his time; scanning, memorizing, analyzing. The usual things.

When he was done with that, the big black bird went back to sipping his tea silently.

"NA..." Kira said as she wobbled some her sense of balance being off from all the drinking she had been doing. "The trading is his thing, and he only works as lookout." She said with a heavy slur. As she leaned against Rad looking rather sick. "Now if you excuse me I think I have had enough of parties of the night... and will be heading home." Kira turned slowly and started to walk to leave pushing ponies away from her path as she left the building to find a place to sleep, still as drunk as she was right now there was no telling were she would wake up.

Crackle had just turned to leave when a very drunk white and brown gryphoness stumbled out. Crackle managed to avoid a collision, but went staggering himself. Recovering, he turned to face the new arrival. He recalled her being at the table when he had been speaking, but she had gone to talk to some other ponies not long after arrival. He walked over, a slight angle to his steps, and asked if she was ok.

"You alright? Looks like you've been hitting the bar pretty hard tonight."

Kira looked to the red and grey gryphon and just smiled at him as she laughed, not a gentle giggle but a straight out drunking laughter. "HEY YEAH I HAVE." She said before her face turned a little more pale. "One moment." She said as she turned her head and did throw up on to the street. "And I am just great... Thanks for asking."

The Facetalon: and ancient gesture used since the beginning of time to indicate frustration, disappointment, embarrassment, shock, exasperation, or disbelief. It has been used since ancient times to respond to situatoins as varied as the ways to get killed in the wasteland. Crackle did this noble history proud when he employed the sacred gesture in reaction to Kira's antics. Once the gryphoness had finished revisiting her drinks, he sighed and spoke up.

"You're in no shape to be out on your own. Mind if I-WHOAH!" The earth-toned griffin was cut off mid-sentence as he tried to take a step but wound up tripping and falling into the street. After a few attempts, he got back on his feet. "Actually, I don't thnk either of us are in any condition to be on our own. Mind if I join you in your wanderings? maybe if we work together we won't wind up on our flanks as often."

Kira laughed at Crackle as he fell on his face first into the hard ground of the street. "No I can make it my self." She said as she started to walk only managing to take a few steps before she to fell strait in to the ground which made her make a pained sound. "Or maybe you are right after all." She said as she picked her self up slowly.

Felt the pipbuck on his leg vibrate a bit, a silent alarm telling him it was time to move. Silencing it and finishing his tea Kestrel offered a nod at the two that were sitting with him.

"If you'll excuse me. I've some business to attend to." He said calmly, then, with naught but the signature clinking of bones, Kestrel left. Out into the night he walked, off to complete whatever it was he had to do; silent as the spirit he represented.

Crackle carefully waked over to Kira, doing his best not to stagger, and helped her up. Once she was back on her talons, he did his best to prop her up with his wing.

"Aaaaalllright, there we go. Which-HIC!-" A look of suprise flashed across the griffins features as he began to hiccup. "Which way are we-HIC!-going?"

"I don't know..." Kira slurred as she walked on unsteady legs and managed to moved without falling over thanks to the gryphons support.

"We are going thata way." She said as she pointed a talon in a random direction down the dark street, she really had no idea where she was going but she did want to go somewhere as she hated to stay still in one place for to long.

Spectre thought about it, "Sure we can if it's no trouble, i'll keep watch and make sure nopony tries to get in, you two get some sleep." Spectre of course knew he was in a town, and the odds of anything happening were slim, but he was no way inclined to take the chance. It was almost like an instinct when he was in others, he wanted to make sure they stayed safe. Considering his complete lack of care for just about everyponies life. The feeling that he had to protect his companions always confused him... But he imagined it was something he could figure out if he tried, or wanted to.

Sanura shakes her head, "Of course it's no trouble!" she grinned at them, "Not a whole lot of space but there should be enough for three bodies." she nodded firmly, "And you can sleep Spec, there's nopony that's gonna come up here for us yanno... we're in a town with other ponies that are probably worth more." she nodded firmly, "Besides... you're supposed to be takin' care of yourself, remember? Sleeping... so you feel better on the next day?" she said and playfully tossed a little bit of crumpled paper at the zebra with her magic.

Staggering away in the closest approximation to a straight line he could manage, Cracke did his best to keep both himself and Kira on their talons. This wasn't exactly what he had in mind when he decided to go for a walk, but at least he had a destination. It almost reminded him of the times he had to help one of his squadmates back to camp back whenhe was still a Talon merc, all those years ago. However, between making drunken small talk with the gryphoness and thinking about all the buried memories of home broght forth by the combination of liquor and storytelling, he was distracted enough that he gradually veered off-course. Eventually, after nearly an hour of what passed for walking in their intoxicated state, the drunk griffons were just wandering aimlessly. Any hope of reaching ther intended destination had been abandonded long ago.

Soon, the combination of alcohol and his bodies neeed for rest overcame Crackle. He had done and admirable job of staying upright so far with only an occasional stumble, but it grew more and more difficult to keep his legs untangled. Overcome by the need to yawn, Crackle was distracted and off balance enough that his next step took him staggering to the side, tripping over his own talons. He bonked his head against a solid surface that later revealed itself to be a door, and collapsed to the ground. After a moment of silence, he spoke up.

"Ya know... This is actu-HIC!... achually pretty comfeh..." His speech was rather slurred, but he managed to speak well enough to be understood. "Ah think... think I'm jusht gonna stay here..." He yawned one more time, and closed his eyes. He began to snore almost immediatley.

Deus was incredibly uneasy with the fact that the zebra would be staying with them, but she wouldn't be sleeping. She hardly seemed to need sleep at all, so instead she would watch him. She did not like the playful paper-throwing at all, and caught it in the air before it hit Spec. She smiled at Sanura, "You trust him enough to have him watch for you while you rest?"

Sanura blinked when the paper halted there in mid-air, held by Deus magic before that question was asked and she'd frown a bit, "Of course I do!" That frown quickly shifting back into a smile, "It wouldn't be the first time, and besides, he's not supposed to be just watching over us he's supposed to actually sleep." she nodded some, "He's always trying to stay up all night and watch for things, always have to talk him out of it." as she shot him a look, "Cause that's bad for ponies."
