==Personality==

Mad Shot is very unstable, has sudden mood swings. In high pressure situations he quickly loses his mind, even sometimes entering frenzy state.
When talking, Mad Shot can suddenly change topics, usually very open to talking (Especially when drunk or drugged)
His mother taught him how to survive in wasteland by "raider way", he usually does not care about ponies or anyone in general much (Yes, almost only about himself)
He loves alcohol (Especially vodka), Chems (Especially Dash and Stampede) and (sometimes) torturing ponies.

==History==

He was born not far from Fillydelphia. His mother was a raider, she taught him about living in Wastelands.
After 13 years of traveling, torturing and killing ponies with their raider group, after his mother was killed by a Steel Ranger, he left to loot areas closer to Hoofington, trying to form his own group.
After another 7 years, he was raiding caravans with his 4-ponies group, until one of them decided to leave, trying to kill ex-friends-raiders and running away to caravan they were planning to raid.
Mad Shot survived by sheer luck, now he mostly keeps to himself, but sometimes wishes to join a bigger group of raiders.

Ahh excellent character you have here, although before I approve you I feel I should let you know it might be difficult to RP with others as a raider character with the whole 'raiders killed my family' thing that seems to be prevalent with some characters. Anyways, thats completely up to you nonetheless

If you're taking Small Frame, your agility should be 9 instead of 8, and you should have the 'Fragile Limbs' perk as well'

this means any skills that use agility should be getting a +2 bonus for the increased SPECIAL. When you fix all of that, go ahead and catch me in the chatroom
