    ==Personality==
    Scrap Parts has always been fascinated by how mechanical things work. He will gladly dismantle and put back together any weapon or piece of old world technology put in front of him.
    Although normally quite friendly Scrap Parts has developed a healthy dose of pessimism from his early life in the wastes and a small streak of sadism when dealing with ponies that wronged him.
    He is also mildly cowardly, although he will stand and fight if needed. Although just as often if pushed he will have mental breakdowns of varying severity.

    ==History==
    Scrap Parts was born to two wandering merchants that sold nothing other then scrap parts. He wandered with them for the first 15 years of his life. It was during this time that his fascination with all things mechanical developed after his parents gave him a destroyed Enclave spritebot to play with.
    One day his parents wanderings led them to some ruins near a growing settlement called Stableton. Scrap Parts found a door protected by a locked computer terminal inside a destroyed building. His parents heard something outside and went outside to investigate leaving Scrap Parts inside to continue working on the terminal. After he finished he went outside to find his parents only to find them slaughtered by raiders. Luckily some Stableton settlers found him and brought him to Stableton.
    As he tried to become adjusted to his new life in Stableton he had to contend with the local bullies making his life miserable for being an orphan and not having the one piece of machinery he wanted more then anything: a Pipbuck. When he turned 16 he started hatching a plan for revenge on the bullies that made his life a living nightmare for the past year.
    After scratching out a miserable living repairing the townsfolk's various weapons and machines for a few more months he put his plan into action. One night he snuck into the houses of the bullies and using his technological expertise stole the head bully's Pipbuck and put the others in a state that could never be fixed. Knowing that he had almost no time before the townspeople awoke he hurried home to grab his meager possessions before he strapped the bully's Pipbuck too his leg and took off into the wastes.
