==Personality==
High Flyer is naturally easy to get along with although on occasions he prefers quiet and solitude over companionship. He loves to drink and play around with guns when he can. As a Pegasus he posseses a love of flight and open spaces.
==History==
High Flyer was born in Stable 113 to parents that were security officers, he grew up near his parents security weapons which caused his love of small firearms. He was fifteen when the madness over took the Stable. Using the skills driven into during his childhood he managed to escape the bloodbath and flee into the wastes when the overmare opened the stables door. He met up with some other survivors of the stable and settled down in what would become Stableton.
He made friends with many of the townsponies as the settlement grew but still remained in his shack on the outskirts of town. After living their for a few months he met and became close friends with Scrap Parts, the newcomer to the town, and continued his daily life amongst the townsponies. Scrap Parts sudden and unnanounced departure hastened High Flyer's decision to leave town.
His departure would have happened naturally given time because his pegasus nature was constantly driving him to want to spread out and explore the wide open skies of the wastes. He locked up his shack to the best of his abilitys and set out towards the wastes, only partly to find his friend.
