==Personality==
Snowfall is a very shy and quiet pony. She's very polite when talking to other ponies, but she hates to be noticed. Unfortunately, because of her white fur, it's hard not to notice her. Snowfall is easily frightened, and when faced with danger, her first instinct is to turn and run away screaming.

Snowfall is also kind and gentle, and she likes to take care of others. If any pony is hurt or sad, she will not hesitate to assist them. She's good at growing plants, like most earth ponies are, but her specialty is roses. Her goal in life is to get the wasteland that is the outside world back to the world of green she'd heard so many stories about, so she plants seeds wherever she can.

==History==
Snowfall was raised in Stable 113 as an orphan. Her mother died giving birth to her, leaving her father to take care of her. He knew, though, that he wouldn't live long enough to even see her to her first birthday because of the cancer that had already taken hold of his body, so he left her in the care of the nurse who had seen his wife through her pregnancy and childbirth. He made the last request to name her Snowfall, a name that would capture his wife's love of nature and a reminder to his daughter the sacrifice that was given to give her life.

The pony who raised Snowfall, a unicorn named Willow Wisp, taught the young earth filly the value of life, and that she should respect all beings, be they plant, animal, pony, or other. As the filly grew up, she became curious, and wandered around the stable, talking to everypony she could find. She discovered somepony always had something to say, and something to teach. They didn't always say it outright, but she learned that it was up to the pony to decide what messages were taken away from the ponies spoken to.

In her many adventures exploring around Stable 113, Snowfall befriended a filly named Bonsai. This pony was her best friend, sharing adventures with her, telling her stories her parents had told her about the land outside, and Bonsai even showed Snowfall how to grow plants. Snowfall tried a few times and failed, but one day, as she was checking her little pots, she discovered that a sprout had budded out of the soil in one of the pots. The pot was labeled 'rose', and it was the first plant Snowfall had successfully grown, taking special care to nurture the bud until it became a full grown beautiful white rose. It was the happiest day of her life, and the day she got her cutie mark.

When the stable was finally opened, Snowfall couldn't wait to see the plants on the outside, the green earth and blue sky she was told stories about. However, she was horrified when she finally took her first steps outside. It was a terrible wasteland, and Snowfall pledged right then and there that she would turn the planet back into the paradise she had imagined it as. She left the stable with Bonsai, but the two were soon attacked and Snowfall ran blindly from the threat, getting separated from her friend. Now she wanders the wasteland, planting her seeds wherever she finds fertile soil and searching for Bonsai, not knowing if she's alive or not.
