==Personality==
The kidnapping of his little brother has left Galactic Dash a little bitter, but his initial rage has long since fizzled out. He has accepted that he needs to go about his quest with a logical head on if he's to have any possible hope of seeing him again. He greatly values any friends he can make because he dreams of being a part of rebuilding the way the world had once been. He can be protective, and be protective about his right to be protective, but he generally tries his best to have an all around good attitude when he can. On the flipside, he does not appreciate being impeded at all and will lash out when anypony so much as hints to him that his search will turn up in vain. As for seeking a special somepony, his heart belongs to somepony back in Friendship City.
==History==
He was born and raised in Friendship City. his father, Wraith Bolt, a Pegasus, and his mother, Willow Whisper, a unicorn were a caring and loving couple, while they put up with the quite rambunctious duo of Galactic Dash and his little brother, Leafrun, a unicorn. The two often got a little overzealous in their play and pranking, often aggravating even the lax Friendship City authorities. However, never was any action taken against them. Galactic Dash was usually the mastermind behind many of their playtime activities, and the much younger Leafrun always looked up to him, often quite fascinated by him being a Pegasus Pony and being able to fly. With Leafrun being a little light for a unicorn colt, Galactic was able to carry him to places he'd never be able to reach on-foot. He was one time able to carry him to an island outside of Friendship City where they were able to catch a rare glimpse of the stars. Utterly fascinated by them, Galactic ultimately got his cutie mark for being able to recall the positions of the stars despite never really learning anything about them. The talent got him interest from a meek Pegasus mare named Meadowsong who was absolutely enamored by his knowledge about stars and constellations.
A few years later, when Galactic was almost an adult and Leafrun was just about approaching the age where he'd be soon getting a cutie mark as well, they went to a shoreline to look for some useful things they could sell to help their slightly struggling family when they were introduced to the terrors of the wasteland in the form of a duo of slavers who shot Galactic and left him for dead while they dragged Leafrun off. Galactic barely survived and managed to reach Friendship City where he spent months in a coma that he eventually awoke from. Due to the shot, his strength was only a shadow of its former glory, but his mind and eyes were still quite sharp. He headed out into the wasteland to find his brother and bring him home.
