Jasmine is quite an excitable pony. Due to her history of repetitive head trauma, she suffers from minor brain damage. This combined with her intrusive nature, often times leads Jasmine into finding trouble. She’s much newer to the wastes than most stabletonians and considerably less well-equipped to deal with the horrors of the wasteland both mentally and physically.
Jasmine is an incredibly friendly pegasus. She tends to see the best in ponies, and tries to do the best for everypony-even if she isn’t their favorite companion in the wastes. She has a very strong sense of loyalty to those who are her family and friends and expects a similar level of loyalty from others. Jasmine naturally maintains a positive attitude; though her smile might falter at a cruel action or inconsiderate word.
==History==
Jasmine doesn’t have an ideal image of a family in the stable. Her socialite mother and scientist father instilled many quirks in her and her sister Starry. She was born exceptionally bright, though with a huge lack of common sense demonstrated by her refusal to wear eye-wear. She idolized her father during her childhood. Inspired by his obsessive hobby, she chose to pursue a career involving science. Eventually when she came of age she received a cutie mark showing off to the world that she was destined to be a physicist. However over years of flying through the halls of stable 113 at top speeds without corrective eye wear, Jasmine managed to diminish her once brilliant mind to that of a slower pony through repetitive head trauma.
Being a member of a strange family, she was instilled with a strong sense of family and loyalty. One day when violence erupted within stable 113 she discovered that her sister was going to take a chance and escape into the hostile wastes. Unable to abandon her mother and sway her sister’s decision, she decided to stay behind in the stable. To this day she is unable to comprehend her sisters decision to abandon everypony they came to know and love.
