    ==Basic Information==
    Name: Mr. Samedi

    ==Physical Description==
    He is tall and skeletal, with bits of flesh missing from his face so that his teeth are always exposed in a yellowed grin. His striped skin has grayed to the point where black is barely discernable from white, his mane and tail thin and oily. Perched upon his head is a top hat as old and battered as he is, and he wears a black, tattered coat as if he’s attending a funeral. His glyph can barely be made out, but from what can be seen, it appears to be an abstract equine skull.

    ==Personality==
    Samedi is first and foremost a businessman. Dealing in the ancient art of Zebra Alchemy, he has a talent for cooking up malevolent potions. Curses, hexes, he can help you get what you want as long as you’re willing to pay. Just don’t expect him to sell you the cure cheaply. He knows that sooner or later, you’ll need it. Visiting Samedi is risky business, but is a risk many have taken.

    Samedi is a smooth talker, a talent he uses when selling his wares. Despite this, he prefers to keep information about himself withheld, as well as keeping other knowledge to himself until it becomes useful to reveal it. He can be manipulative, knowing how to use beings to his advantage by exploiting their strengths as well as their flaws. He always seeks to have the upperhand in any given situation, but is only interested in getting what he wants, preferring not to cause too much trouble if he can help it.

    ==History==
    Prewar, he grew in a mixed community of Zebras and Ponies in Hoofington, though it is unknown exactly where he was born. He remained in Hoofington most of his life, selling potions out of a funeral parlor in a shady part of town to those who were willing to seek him out. Samedi left when tensions began to mount between Equestria and the Zebra Empire, taking his business on the road so that he could occasionally pick up news of the conflict, while avoiding being forcibly relocated by Equestrian authorities with a mixture of guile, smooth talking, and quick thinking.

    He was near Ponyville when the bombs fell, whereupon his flesh was warped and twisted by necromantic radiation, transforming him from once normal zebra into a ghastly ghoul. After getting over the initial shock of being undead, he once again returned to traveling, seeing if anyone actually survived the balefire holocaust. He wandered the wastelands for a time, finding company with other sane ghouls, but never staying in one place for long.

    During this time, he experimented with the mutated plantlife, discovering their properties and utilizing them in new potions. He happened to stumble upon the creation of Stableton, and has since then resumed his potion business in the settlement. His skill at his craft has lead to several rumors about him being in contact with higher powers, or ‘spirits’. Friends on the other side, if you will.

    ==Traits==
    Ghoul: You are undead, animated by the necromantic energies that were unleashed on Equestria in the apocalypse. You do not need to eat, drink or sleep. You heal through exposure to radiation but do not heal naturally at all. Prolonged lack of exposure to radiation can cause physical and mental deterioration, inflicting first Endurance then Intelligence penalties.

    Intimidating Presence: You have a powerful, unsettling presence. Some NPCs may be more careful about what they do or say around you so as not to arouse your ire, but you take a -1 penalty to RM.

    Increase one of your SPECIAL attributes by 1. This perk can be taken up to 10 times. (+ 1 Luck)
