Coat Colour: Beige
Mane Colour: White
Tail Colour: White

Cutie Mark: A bakewell tart. A bit higher rez than most marks.
Note: Bakewell is big boned and is slightly larger than most mares.
==Personality==
Though newly interested in the trade, Bakewell is on the road to becoming a talented and enthusiastic cook. She enjoys experimenting in order to find strange new recipes using wasteland ingredients; many of which she herself travels short distances into the waste and collects. Until making and/or when not around genuine friends, Bakewell has a tendency to be strangely devoted to a random and ever changing selection of ponies she does not know, and often insists on attempting to assist others with nearby wasteland tasks such as scavenging or hunting. She seems to consider herself quite stupid and believes most ponies are smarter than she is. Because of this she is often happier if other ponies handle the thinking for her, though she has trouble forcing herself to not think into matters at times.
Bakewell is extremely emotional and generally talkative unless upset. She will sometimes attempt to force conversation with people she deems friendly, even if communication is obviously unwanted. She is at times easily trusting, is fast to make bonds, and constantly tries to help the equestrians who are willing to put up with her. Because of her constant insistence she can easily be seen as annoying. Though her attempts at assistance are most noticeable in Stableton foreign travelers are not excluded. Though friendly in most cases, there are individuals around which Bakewell extremely impatient and quick to resort to throwing blows if no friends are nearby to quickly attempt to talk the situation out.
When particularly confused or upset, Bakewell will sometimes fall back onto her childhood experiences. For the mare herself this means a lot of stuff, for others it mostly means she’ll be a jerk and try to tell ponies what to do.
After certain events graced her with actual ponies that both acknowledge and seem to enjoy her presence, Bakewell has become a more genuinely happy mare. She has started being slightly less of a doormat as of late and will stand up and think for herself. She has also discovered that, despite her year-long attempts to convince herself otherwise, she is scared of dying. She has also discovered that she is able to get through more situations emotionally intact if a pony she knows is nearby to “anchor” herself to.
==History==
Bakewell Fondant Tart was born in Stable 133 along with many of Stableton’s initial population. She was a mean and selfish filly with few friends who used her impressive strength and constitution to serve the stable as a constant troublemaker and problem-foal. The brown and white pony spent most of her free time getting into fights and bullying weaker stable inhabitants. As Bakewell grew older, her life experiences simply served to fuel her mean-spirited nature. When, for example, Bakewell finally experienced friendship with a pegasis mare named Cream Cheese the little hoodlum simply gained an accomplice. Cream Cheese served as the brains of the two, and Bakewell absolutely admired her friend. Even after Bakewell received her cutie mark she refused to embrace her skill as a cook and instead simply found a new opening for picking on blank-flanks that both Bakewell and Cream all too happily took advantage of. Bakewell was enjoying her mean lifestyle, and saw no reason to ever change.
But then, as is often the case, something terrible happened. Cream Cheese’s mother was related to a certain physician who would ultimately spell the Stable’s doom.
Bakewell, though not the most observant pony, inevitably began to take notice of her friend’s downward slide into paranoia. As the distance between the two allies increased Bakewell herself began to crack. She still bullied those weaker than her, but began to get less enjoyment out of it until she was eventually no longer trouble-making for pleasure and was instead simply doing it because she always had.
A month later all chaos broke loose as the stable’s residents succumbed to their self-inflicted insanity in a genocidal event that Bakewell claims was the first time she ever felt real fear. It is also the only period in her life she will not openly talk about. While frantically attempting to flee the stable, the brown mare found herself cut off from escape by the form of Cream Cheese. The one pony whom Bakewell had ever truly bonded with blocked her path in an attempt to murder the brown mare. In the end, a confused and panicked Bakewell tragically dealt with Cream in the same way she dealt with all of her problems. As Bakewell eventually emerged from the stable alongside a crowd of other sane equestrian creatures her already suffering mind was forced to accept the final nail into the old Bakewell’s coffin: There had never been an insanity drug.
Something in Bakewell changed. After an understandably long period of depression and anger the mare began to drastically change. She was suddenly more than willing to help where her older self would have abused, or to cheerfully communicate when her old self would have simply jeered and mocked. The mare finally began to fully embrace her talents of cooking and toughness in an attempt to benefit the town. A menacing and cruel-hearted Bakewell died in Stable 133. It was an entirely new, better, friendly-if-unstable Bakewell that somehow emerged from its heavy door.
