    ==Personality==
    Sublime is a very odd mare, to say the least. Though incredibly intelligent and sharp witted, she has her moments of sheer absurdity. She is an excellent learner, figure out how any gadget works, fix anything, and basically discover new ways to create useful tools or objects in times of need. However, this can also become a serious issue when dealing with the mare, as she will also allow her obsessive compulsive disorder to take over and she can tweek out over creating explosives from anything she can get her magic or hooves wrapped around. She is very good with chemicals and can make a bomb out of just about anything. She tends to go a bit overboard with it, dear filly cant help it, though... She will make explosives all day without any need to if given a sufficient amount of supplies.

    Though dangerous as her slight madness and OCD may prove, she is quite an intelligent and friendly mare. She is very sweet and easy to get along with. She may go out of her way to assist a friend, or provide a friend with a gift. She does have a slight temper, and is not afraid to throw down threats- or better yet... warnings; and is extremely quick to back up and defend her friends. She also has a way of just being frightening. She can become very intimidating when angered just by the way she talks, but also with the knowledge of what she knows. She makes things go BOOM and is very, very good at it. Most ponies do not want to mess with somepony who can make them go BOOM. At the very mention of explosives her interest is peeked. She enjoys them immensely; even if there is nothing to blow up. Basically she is the mare you are best friends with, or are absolutely terrified of. All depends on which side of her you're on. This being said, she certainly has no issues with doing something stupid or careless.

    ==History==
    Sublime was born not knowing who her parents were at all. Not even a trace of them was found by other ponies, other than a screaming foal in a canyon with a pip buck. The pip buck was obviously too large for her to wear, but was still being gripped in her hooves for dear life as she cried and cried, her tears soaking the dried and brittle dirt of the red canyons. A Knight of the Steel Rangers happened upon the young filly, and stopped to admire the spectacle. She stopped crying, and stared up at the armored stallion curiously; she even laughed. However, the moment he spotted the pip buck, he quickly snatched it away, and continued through the canyon. Needless to say, she began to scream again. He stopped, and looked back, but then continued on. Suddenly, he heard something else. He peeked over a rock and spotted a gang of raiders making their way up the path toward him. They had also heard the screams, and were moving in to find the source of it. The Knight quickly realized he was no match for the amount of raiders heading his way, as he was armed with nothing more than a super sledge. His partner had already fallen to gunfire, he did not want to fall to raiders.

    Thinking quickly, he returned to the filly and scooped her up. He hid behind a rock, and hushed her. He held her tight, keeping her quiet as the raiders passed by. Once danger had been averted, he stepped back out and placed the filly on the ground once more. But he didn't leave. Not yet. He stared down at her, and she looked back up to him. She laughed, and held her hooves up to him. He shook his head slowly, knowing he would be in big trouble for what he was about to do. A few hours later, he returned to the hidden bunker in Hoofington with the pip buck, and with a giggling foal. He had been correct in his prediction; the Elders were quite furious and demanded he remove the foal from the bunker. He refused, however, arguing that she would've been raider food if he had not rescued her, and he would leave the Rangers before he kicked her out to face that fate. The Elders were furious, but held much respect for the Knight. They did not like it, but they allowed her to stay under the condition that the Knight care for her, and sacrifice a portion of his own rations to feed her.

    About a year later, she was walking and even learning to talk; she was quite the early bloomer. She loved the Knight who brought her in and sacrificed so much so she could have a decent life, safe from a world filled with dangers and neglecting parents, and he loved her like his own daughter. However, he still had duties to preform for the Steel Rangers. Most days he would go out on and search or fight like all Knights do. It was his job. One unfortunate day, he was killed while fighting along with a few other Ranger members. It was a tragic day for all, but more so for the fatherless filly. The Elders considered throwing her out now, since the Knight whom had brought her in was no longer there to care for her or defend her. However, they found it in their hearts to allow her to stay, and even gave all of her adoptive father's rations to her in his place.

    After the death of the Knight, she became more bitter. She grew up giving those who tried to raise her a hard time. Mostly nurses and doctors as well as scribes or unfortunate rookies who's officials did not want to deal with the brat filly. When she became old enough, she started to learn with the other Ranger foals; the Elders could not deny her a decent education of the grounds of "it is what the Knight would want". And they respected the fallen Knight's wishes. She caused trouble all throughout school, however. She was disruptive in class, did not play well with the others, and often times even got into fights. Once again, though; the Elders put up with it.

    As she grew older and advanced into her teen years, the other colts and fillies were being trained to become Knights. Everything from weapon handling to hoof-to-hoof combat, to power armor usage to even some of the deepest Ranger secrets known. She did not receive the same honor, for she was an outsider. She became very angsty and difficult for others to deal with. She continued to cause trouble, get into fights, and once she learned how, even began to steal. However, she did not steal important things, such as food or money; she stole more questionable objects... such as tools, weapons, gadgets, and armor. She learned how to dismantle weapons and armor, fix it, rebuild it, and repeat. She became quick, and could learn everything there was to know about a device just by looking at it for a few moments. She became fascinated by the aspect of mechanics and repair work. The Elders did not find out she had done it, but had noticed the equipment missing and suspected her.

    Soon, however, the Elders did find her in possession of the stolen equipment. They were furious! However, they were also impressed by the filly's talent. Still, she was given a minor punishment and the equipment was reclaimed. Then, seeing she had a knack for such things, they found her of some use and quickly put her to work. She did not like this... however, she did like how she now had access to many parts of the bunker she did not have before. She was given some responsibility, and by-God she was going to abuse the hell out of it. She gained access (though unauthorized) to repair shops, laboratories, computer banks, servers, files, anything she could get her hooves on. Soon she began to educate herself of everything she could by sneaking into these areas at night when all the scribes were asleep. She had to sneak past guards, and soon had their patrol routine memorized to make for easy sneaking.

    She broke into the repair shop and fixed broken things some nights. The next night, she would break into the computer archives and tinker with computers. Soon, she learned how to hack basic code and get past firewalls. Then perhaps the next night she would break into an office and nose through files. After that, she might decide to break into the chemical laboratory and mess with the chemicals. This, she became quite good at... She broke into the class and stole a copy of every book she could pertaining to science. She took copies of ever document in the lab pertaining to chemicals and research and studied like a college student before final exams. It took years, but she soon found herself in the lab preforming experiments and mixing chemicals. Very soon, she found out how to even create bombs. This lead to her getting her cutie mark, a mushroom cloud. She continued to meddle, and though she could not learn it all, learned enough to make a bomb out of most basic house-hold chemicals. She learned how to repair weapons and armor to an extent, and was learning basic computer code; enough to hack into many of the computers around the bunker. Though she never learned any secrets they held; she was far too afraid to get into anything deep such as that.

    However, this only fueled her rebellious attitude. She continued to refuse to do as the Elders asked of her, and got into more and more trouble each passing day. She got into fights, she was caught with stolen equipment, and even ended up spending the night with a few of the recruits. At one point, she even got knocked up and the doctors had to preform an abortion for fear of 'having another Sublime running around'. On top of this, she refused to work, became quite lazy, and generally had a rebellious attitude toward any form of authority whom placed themselves above her and did not earn her respect. The Elders, once again, were seriously considering kicking her out. However, decided against it as they still held deep respect for the Knight, regardless of how thin their patience was wearing.

    Soon, it came to a breaking point triggered mostly by a large fire started in the kitchen of the mess-hall one night while sneaking about and breaking into things. The Elders were quick to remove her key from her when they discovered she had also been breaking into other facilities. The final straw came, however, when they searched her room once more and found hoof-crafted explosives made from chemicals and parts from their lab and repair shop. The Elders confiscated the explosives, and demanded Sublime pack her things; she was to be escorted out of the bunker at sunrise. This upset her greatly. She indeed did pack her things and readied herself to leave. But then she found something... hidden under her desk. It was her old pip-buck! And two notes were on it. One from her adopting father, and one from some random pony she had never heard of. She read the message left by the Knight who brought her in, and learned that he had hid it for her so that one day she may get the message saved on it for her.

    She did not have time to read the other message, and was ignorant of its content. So with that, the pip-buck was stashed in her saddle bags and she was off to leave the bunker forever. Blinding sunlight was the first thing she saw. The feel of dry dirt on her hooves, and the burning of the warm sun on her back. She began out into the Wasteland to begin anew, but knew she could never, ever, ever come in contact with the Steel Rangers again. They would kill her the moment they saw her, as she now had a huge target on her back. After wandering until she found some shelter, she had a moment to open up the message saved in the pip-buck. She was shocked to realize it was a message written by her biological father the day she was found in the canyon by the Knight! He explained he and her mother had to hide her and draw off a gang of raiders who had been perusing them while scaving. He wrote the message and left the whole pip-buck in the hopes that she would one day find the message and know who her parents were. Included in the message were their names, but nothing more. No pictures or faces to go with the names- just the names and a brief message typed frantically onto a small keyboard during a dire moment. Knowing this, she cried for the first time in a long time, but set out once more into the Wastes as a grown mare, ready to take on the world.
