Nuts has a very cold personality, he shows no outer emotion. He looks on situations calculating how to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. He finds nothing wrong with some of the things that occurs in the wastes like slavery. He even had a slave for a few months before. The only time he ever shows emotion is when someone uses his inventions in a way they were not meant to be used. He was raised listening to the Enclave radio station his entire life and found that those values were sound and true.
