You're asking me to describe what I can only *reliably* demonstrate in practice... But I'll do my best.
Having grown up and worked in the wasteland as both a repairpony at his parents shop and a medic in the field, Techno's not one to be surprised. He's friendly for the most part, usually trying to look for the best in ponies, but he can be a bit spontaneous at times, not always to the positive, causing some... slight misunderstandings every now and then. Although his spontanity sometimes gets him in a bit of trouble, he still doesn't worry too much about being put in the line of fire. He can be a bit blunt every now and again, but not too often. After wandering the wasteland and making a home of Stableton, he's discovered that he enjoys adventuring and doing so with groups of pals. Ah yes, he's also prone to making puns.
He's also one of the few ponies out there that truely believes in loyalty.
==History==
Once upon a time, Techno lived with both, yes both, parents in the town of New Appleoosa. His parents ran a local business across from Ditzy's shop repairing various gadgets and doodads brought in by ponies who couldn't manage it themselves. As a result, Techno had a rather quiet childhood, only having to deal with the occasional raider raid or the occasional scammer trying to milk money from his father for "repairing his toaster too well". That particular encounter ended with the angered client simply being integrated with the earthworm's natural habitat.
As his 11th birthday came around, Techno's father gave him his first BB gun, setting him up to shoot random radroaches, bloatsprites and raiders outside the town from on top of the town wall. Techno was amused to no end for months.
At age 16, Techno's sense of adventure was starting to take root, the hope of getting out of town and exploring the wasteland almost perpetually bugging him to leave the town. He voiced his request to his parents, who knew that he wouldn't last a week without being captured, so his father began training Techno in the true ways of the wasteland.
This continued until a week after Techno's 19th birthday, the day on which his parents gave him his saddlebags packed with equipment and medical supplies and sent him on his way. For the first time, Techno was able to leave the town and wander the wasteland alone. With his packs full and his mind sat, he took his first steps out of the town as a lone wanderer.
