Being a Courier, Sound Wave's wings are slightly more developed than any other Pegasi seeing that he has to fly over to most places and drop off packages and repeat the process over and over, not to mention the constant annoyance of being shot at by raiders or bandits. His body is slightly leaner than most ponies, although that might be a good thing seeing as it contributes to his flying skills.
==Personality==
Having lived in the wastes for so long, it tend to take it's toll on you in many ways. Others grow selfish and kill anyone who'll get in their way, others grow mad and start killing everything they see, some just decide to give up and end it all right there, some just end up.... well, some things are far worse than death are never meant to be mentioned, But Sound Wave? He tries to not let everything get to him, he tries to do good like what his parents taught him to do, he does his best to focus on the brighter side of things, sometimes humming a tune could help him ignore all the crazy things. He has to.... he has no other choice. Still, there are still times when Sound Wave finds it difficult to cheer himself up with a song but again, he doesn't let it get to him and merely tries to find other ways to get himself out of the dumps.
Besides trying to stay on the lighter side of things, he does what he thinks he can to help others. Sure it may seem a bit naive of him but it's how he was raised. Too bad his parents couldn't make it out long enough to be proud of him. He still misses them, often he would look up to the sky and wonder if anypony.... anyone was watching over him up there, however wondering can't do much to help can it? As long as he's alive, he's grateful and will face whatever's comin' at him at his own pace.
==History==
He was pretty much in charge of keeping 'morale' up for his team. Sure he was in the Enclave, doing basic, scouting, performing drills like what a good Pegasi would but the higher ups figured they needed someone to makes things 'entertaining' to keep their soldiers from getting in a rut. Though his talent was of singing, he was one of the quickest fliers and one heck of a crack shot of the team. It was funny really... he had military life to worry about and now they straddle him with the responsibility of keeping the team from depression? They really knew how to lay it on a pony. Still he adapted, it worked out for a while, kept morale up, keep his team entertained. Heck, he even earned a few extra rations thrown his way just for 'favors'. It was good. All was well.. that is until... he became branded.
Dashite. Sound Wave never really understood WHY they would brand him and give him a 'named' him after the greatest Pegasus of all time. In fact, he never really understood why they all call exiled Pegasus 'Dashite'. Sure he knew the story, how Rainbow Dash abadoned the Pegasi after the loss of Cloudsdale and called her a traitor, but seriously besides being a traitor she was THE Pegasus of the Pegasi. The ONLY one to ever pull of a Sonic Rainboom, not once but THREE TIMES. Really it was like you were picking out the best of the bunch and calling them tainted goods. His parents have always taught him to do good. If it wasn't enough try to do better, if it fails, know that you at least tried and ironically, trying to do good was what got him branded in the first place.
All he did was help. Really. He just helped and the Enclave just went on ahead and bucked him in the face for it. All he did was help an ambushed caravan. They were going to save the earth ponies right? Why not a little sooner in a tiny way? He dived.... he helped.... and gotten a fellow member of his squad killed. Dishonor... shame... trying to say that he did what he thought was right... and then the Brand. Kicked off from the place in the skies, Sound Wave disappeared into the vast wasteland that was once Equestria. He still tries to do good. He tries to keep a smile on his face, hoping that things will turn out alright. But he knows that they won't. He's stuck on the ground, shunned by his those who he thought friends, never to see his family.
But that won't stop him. No. It will not. Now working as a Courier, he flies back and forth between Settlements delivering mail, packages and the like, making ends meet just to survive and try to get through the day with a smile. And it wasn't hard either, the wastes just keep throwing the weirdest things at him....
